我是一位专注于 AI 技术与系统架构的创业者与技术领导者。2010年，我进入清华大学软件学院攻读计算机软件专业，并于2017年获得软件工程硕士学位。
毕业后，我加入华为 IT 产品线算法部门，担任高级工程师。我创立并领导了大数据与 AI 团队，专注于算法创新及应用落地。期间，我带领跨国团队（包括莫斯科研发人员）成功交付多项 AI 与数据挖掘项目，覆盖政府及 B2B 场景。
2020年，我加入阿里云与达摩院，担任算法专家，负责 NS Lab 的 AI 系统架构设计。在此期间，我主导了神经符号 AI 系统的设计与研发，推动端到端解决方案的落地和行业级应用。
自2022年起，我担任 Mindverse 的联合创始人兼技术负责人。我带领团队研发了世界首个产品化 AI Agent 平台——MindOS Studio，并推出 AI 原生应用 Me.bot。这些产品获得广泛的用户好评与行业认可，并推动公司估值达到数亿人民币。我专注于推动 AI 大模型在个性化智能体中的应用，打造灵活可扩展的 Agent 框架和工具体系。
我热衷于技术创新与团队管理，擅长从基础工具、AI 基础设施到产品应用的全链路系统构建，致力于推动 AI 技术在真实场景中的应用和变革。
About Me
I am an AI entrepreneur and technology leader specializing in AI systems and architecture. My academic journey began at Tsinghua University in 2010, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software and later completed a Master's degree in Software Engineering in 2017.
After graduation, I joined Huawei’s IT Product Line Algorithm Department as a Senior Engineer. I established and led the Big Data and AI team, focusing on algorithm innovation and deployment in B2B and government applications. My work included successfully managing cross-national teams, including Moscow-based R&D staff, to deliver AI and data mining solutions for complex scenarios.
In 2020, I joined Alibaba Cloud and DAMO Academy as an Algorithm Expert, where I led the design of a Neuro-Symbolic AI system within NS Lab. I developed end-to-end AI architecture solutions, driving proofs of concept and enabling industry-level applications.
Since 2022, I have served as the Co-founder and Head of Technology at Mindverse. I led the development of the world’s first productized AI Agent platform, MindOS Studio, and the AI-native application Me.bot. These innovations earned industry recognition and contributed to a company valuation of several hundred million RMB. My work focuses on building scalable frameworks for AI Agents and personalized large language models to enhance productivity and intelligence.
